Uhrenturm in Bad Deutsch-Altenburg

At the base of the Uhrenturm in Bad Deutsch-Altenburg, on one of its sides, there are two plaques. The older one, designed with a stylized font and decorative framing, bears the inscription: “Erichtet vom Verschönerungsverein Bad Deutsch-Altenburg 1909” (Erected by the Beautification Association of Bad Deutsch-Altenburg in 1909.) The second, simpler in form, adds: “Erneuert 1969” (Renovated in 1969.)
