With over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, I have established myself as a passionate and creative problem solver. My professional career has been characterized by innovative projects, the continuous expansion of technical skills and the application of important soft skills. Valuable teamwork and clear communication help me to be successful in a dynamic environment and to master complex challenges.

Creative Problem Solving

I combine precise accuracy in formal matters with an open mindset and flexibility in dealing with unusual situations. My greatest interests include:

Innovative projects

Some of the innovations I’ve been involved in include:

  • Optimization of the billing system between company branches: Cash circulation and internal transfers have been successfully optimized.
  • Simplifying collaboration within the service desk team: With a special focus on reducing problem resolution time and quickly processing requests, processes have been developed to make team collaboration more effective and smooth.
  • Testing, implementing and maintaining a defect prevention system in the production process: Thanks to these measures, production quality has been increased and the number of assembly errors has been reduced.

Technical Skills

I make sure that all systems run smoothly again if they don’t work. I always maintain existing systems and optimize them continuously.

Service Desk

  • Acceptance and prioritization of inquiries and fault reports.
  • General information, initial analysis and problem solving: Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, various applications.
  • Setup and commissioning of new client devices: desktop PCs, laptops, printers, smartphones, tablets.
  • User and license management (onboarding/offboarding, changes, file and print shares): 3CX, Active Directory, Azure, Ivanti, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Identity Manager.

User Help Desk

  • Analysis of malfunctions: troubleshooting, collaboration with internal departments as well as external suppliers.
  • Backups: Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud, Altaro, Backup Exec, Barracuda, Veeam Backup & Replication.
  • Computer Management: Hyper-V, NinjaOne, Pulseway Remote Control, Remote Desktop Manager, System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), VMWare.
  • Monitoring: CheckMK, Pulseway.
  • Antivirus: Bitdefender, ESET, Kaspersky, Microsoft Defender, Symantec.
  • Patching: Firewall (Fortinet, Vigor, Zyxel), NAS, Windows Server, Switch.
  • Maintenance of customer or system documentation.

Web Design & User Experience

  • Administration of domain & hosting services.
  • Web design: CSS, HTML, WordPress.
  • Search Engine Marketing (SEM).
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO).

Human-Machine Interaction

  • Software and hardware solutions that facilitate people’s communication with computers, printers and handheld scanners, as well as other devices used in industrial production.
  • Training on the competent use of the implemented IT solutions.

Social skills

The focus of my professional interests is on people – both as an employee who needs technical support and as a unique personality. I make it my goal to show him respect, regardless of his background, skin color, religion or ideology. I appreciate openness, honesty and the courage to talk about one’s own convictions and other points of view.

Valuable teamwork

I am convinced that despite their weaknesses, every person also has many strengths that they would like to bring to bear in their work when the opportunity arises. Therefore, I am strongly committed to creating such an atmosphere of cooperation and appropriate processes so that my colleagues feel comfortable and can develop their skills to their own satisfaction and for the benefit of the company.

Clear communication

Directness and sincerity are important to me, but at the same time I attach great importance to politeness and respectful manners in conversations. There are moments when I am silent when it is appropriate, and I am just as happy to share my thoughts when the time is right. I am considerate of the physical and emotional limitations of others and appreciate the patience and understanding shown to me.

Dynamic environment

Among the hundreds, maybe even thousands, of employees of the company who are constantly confronted with new IT solutions and the challenges that come with them, but also risks, I find my place as a calm, analytical and systematic person who is eager to master the situation.
